2)d) There were plastic bags in the cabinet under the bathroom sink that were accessible to children. The bags were partially full of new diapers, but would still pose a hazard to children. 5)a) There was one electrical outlet swivel-type cover in the play room that was stuck in the open position, so one of the outlets was accessible to children.
